Redfront has now worked with Arup on three different projects to build systems thinking capability for its engineers and to support better team cohesion through mutual recognition.

This was initiated with introductory work around core systems thinking principles and most recently involved collaborating with DK&A on a project with Arup, AECOM and other partners to explore the delivery of the Great Grid Upgrade using principles from the Viable System Model.
